한연오는 호기심이 많고, 원작 소설에서의 칭호는 광대 The fool 입니다. 그는 일명, [멸살법]에서 그는 서벌 고양이처럼 묘사 되곤 했습니다. 그는 독립적이고, 혼자 싸우는걸 좋아했는데 호기심이 많고 활동적이며 상당한 지능캐적 모면을 보였기 때문입니다. 물론, 유중혁을 만나기 전 까지요. 타고난 장난꾸러기인 그는 유중혁을 놀리고 장난치며 그의 반응을 기대합니다.

Han Yeon-oh is the curious type, the one that fools around a lot thus having the nickname “The Fool of the Story” in the original novel: ‘Three Ways to Survive an Apocalypse’. He was often described to be like a serval cat; mischievous and independent, often preferring to fight alone— that is until he met Yoo Joonghyuk. With an innate mischievous personality, he likes to tease and play around with the novel’s protagonist to get a reaction out of him.

Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint

김독자가 소설에 통합된 후, 한연오의 성격에는 몇 가지 변화가 생겼습니다. 처음에 그는 독단적이고 이기적으로 행동하는 사람처럼 보이기도 했으나, 이는 그가 과거 배신에 대한 트라우마가 있었기 때문이었습니다. 그러나 그는 김독자 컴퍼니에 소속되면서 타인을 아끼는 법을 배우고 변하기 시작했습니다. 주변 사람들은 그의 언행이 여전히 이기적이라고 오해 하기도 하지만, 자세히 살펴 보면 그의 언행 곳곳에서 그가 동료들을 얼마나 아끼는지 엿볼 수 있습니다.

After Kim Dokja integrated into the novel, there were a few changes within Han Yeon-oh’s character. Initially he was the type to be independent and written as a selfish person with an ego. Now being affiliated with the company, his character has stirred towards learning to care for people despite his unfortunate trauma caused by betrayal. His companions misunderstand his way of speaking and acting as egoistic, but he shows his care in-between the lines if you look hard enough.

For both TWSA and ORV, Han Yeon-oh was always interested in Yoo Joonghyuk. Whether it was to see his reactions to his foolish teasing or for another unknown reason, he liked to stick around him. Joonghyuk is the type to deny if he is interested in someone, but he always shows his care for Yeon-oh when it comes to fighting since he tends to hide his pain the same way. They naturally connect in strange ways but also have their differences from time to time. The only thing that stood out in Yeon-oh in ORV was that he gradually started to show, not just curious interest, but also romantic feelings for Joonghyuk although the latter is a little oblivious to it.
